Human Trafficking Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Our position
SUI Securities Ltd has zero tolerance for human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that no person is trafficked, exploited or coerced into work at any point in our business or our supply chains, and we expect the same standard from everyone who works with us or on our behalf.
What we mean by human trafficking
Human trafficking is the recruitment, movement or harbouring of a person through force, fraud, deception or coercion for the purpose of exploitation. It includes forced labour, debt bondage and the exploitation of vulnerability, and it is a criminal offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. A person does not need to cross a border for trafficking to occur; it can happen within a single city or a single building.
Our business and supply chains
SUI Securities Ltd is an Investment Management firm based in London, England. Our own workforce is small, directly employed and professionally qualified, which keeps the risk of trafficking within the firm very low. Our supply chains are short and limited mainly to professional services, technology providers and facilities support. Nevertheless, we recognise that no business can assume it is free from risk, and we keep our assessment of suppliers under review.
The steps we take
- SUI Securities pays all staff at least the UK National Living Wage and uses formal, written contracts of employment.
- SUI Securities checks the right to work of every employee before employment begins.
- SUI Securities asks suppliers to confirm that they comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and do not use trafficked or forced labour.
- SUI Securities keeps relationships with suppliers transparent and long-term, so that changes in how work is performed do not go unnoticed.
- SUI Securities encourages every employee and contractor to report concerns, and no person will suffer detriment for raising a concern in good faith.
Reporting concerns
If you believe that human trafficking or forced labour may be occurring in connection with SUI Securities or its supply chains, tell us through the form on our contact page. We will treat the report seriously and confidentially. Concerns can also be reported to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 08000 121 700 or to the police.
Review of this statement
SUI Securities reviews this statement at least once a year and whenever our business or supply chains change. The current version is always published on this page. This statement sits alongside our broader Modern Slavery Statement, which covers slavery and trafficking together under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
