Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Introduction
This statement is made by SUI Securities Ltd pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken, and continue to take, to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or our supply chains.
Our business
SUI Securities Ltd is an Investment Management firm based in London, England. We provide fee-only fiduciary wealth management services to individuals and families. Our business is professional-services based, and we assess the risk of modern slavery in our own operations as low.
Our supply chains
Our supply chains are limited and consist mainly of professional services providers, technology and software suppliers, office facilities and financial market infrastructure. We favour established, reputable suppliers and expect them to comply fully with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and equivalent laws in the countries in which they operate.
Our policies and commitment
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to guard against modern slavery. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains.
Due diligence and risk management
Because our supplier base is small and predominantly UK-based, we manage modern slavery risk primarily through supplier selection and our expectation that suppliers maintain their own anti-slavery practices. Where we engage suppliers in higher-risk sectors or geographies, we take additional care in assessing them before engagement.
Raising concerns
Anyone with a concern about modern slavery in connection with our business or supply chains is encouraged to raise it with us, including through the inquiry form on our homepage. We take all reports seriously and will act on them appropriately.
