Gender Pay Gap Report

Last updated: October 2026

Why we publish this

UK regulations require employers with 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap figures each year. SUI Securities Ltd is a small firm with fewer than 250 employees, so the legal reporting duty does not apply to us. We publish this statement anyway, because we think fairness in pay should be explained, not assumed.

How we pay people

At SUI Securities, pay is set by role, responsibility and performance, using the same framework for everyone regardless of gender. Every employee earns at least the UK National Living Wage, men and women doing the same job under the same terms receive the same base pay, and promotion decisions are made on evidence rather than affinity. We keep pay decisions in writing so they can be reviewed.

Equal work, equal pay

A gender pay gap measures the difference in average earnings across a whole workforce; it is not the same as unequal pay for equal work, which is illegal. Our small size makes team-by-team averages misleading, so instead of publishing figures that would identify individuals, we confirm that SUI Securities applies one consistent pay framework and that no role at SUI Securities is paid differently because of gender.

What we will do as we grow

If SUI Securities reaches 250 employees, we will publish the statutory gender pay gap figures on this page within the required deadline. Until then, we will review our pay data annually and update this statement with any findings worth reporting.
