Complaints Procedure

We want every client relationship to work well. If something has gone wrong, we would like to know, and we treat every complaint seriously and fairly.

How we handle complaints

1. Tell us

Raise your complaint using the form below or in writing. Include what went wrong, when it happened and how you would like it resolved.

2. Our acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and no later than five business days after we receive it.

3. Our investigation

Your complaint is reviewed by a partner who was not involved in the matter. We may contact you for further information while we investigate.

4. Our response

We aim to send a final written response within eight weeks of receiving your complaint. It will explain our findings and what we propose to do to put things right.

Make a complaint

Complete the form below and a partner will respond to you directly.

Complaints are handled confidentially and are read by a partner.

If you are not satisfied with our response

If you remain unhappy after our final response, or if eight weeks have passed since you first complained, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, a free and independent service. You can contact it at The Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR, or through its website. You must refer your complaint within six months of the date of our final response.
